To qualify for an exchange, your jacket must meet the following criteria:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

All original tags and labels still attached

Returned in its original packaging and protective wrap
Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

Customized or personalized jackets, unless delivered defective

Clearance or final-sale items, which are non-exchangeable

Step 2: Approval & Return Instructions
Once your exchange request is reviewed and approved, we’ll share detailed return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Step 3: Inspection & Shipping
After we receive and inspect your returned item:

Your exchange will be processed promptly.

A replacement jacket will be dispatched within 3 business days of approval.
Received a Defective or Wrong Item?
We take full responsibility for errors on our part. If your jacket is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered:

Attach clear photos of the issue for faster resolution.

Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
