Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping (Free):
Standard shipping is available for all orders within the United States. Orders will typically arrive within 12–18 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Expedited Shipping:
Expedited shipping is available for a flat rate of $24.99, with delivery expected within 8–12 business days.
International Shipping:
International shipping is available for all destinations. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on the location. Exact shipping details will be provided at checkout.
Tracking
Once an order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with tracking information. Customers can use the tracking number to monitor the status of their delivery.

Delivery Responsibility
Once an order leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. In the event of damage during transit, please contact the carrier directly.

Missing Item Policy
If any item is missing from your order upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package. Please provide your order number and a list of the missing items. The responsibility for missing items lies with the shipping company, and we will work with them to track the shipment. If the item is not found, we will issue a full refund for the missing item(s) or send a replacement based on your preference.
