At OKS Leather, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return and exchange window, allowing you flexibility and peace of mind.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 72 hours), your exchange will be processed and shipped as per our delivery timelines.

Refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take up to 10 business days to reflect. You will receive a confirmation email once the return is processed.

Return Exclusions & Conditions

  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Final sale items or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Items must be returned unused, unwrinkled, undamaged, and in resellable condition, including the original packaging and slip.

  • Shoe returns must show no signs of wear—no scratches on soles or uppers.

  • Gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 2 working days.

Return Shipping & Alteration Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
 For custom orders, our team may advise changes based on your height/weight to improve fit. If you opt to retain original measurements and fit issues arise, a minimal alteration fee may apply.

Custom Orders

Returns & Alterations

We aim to get your custom-made leather jacket right the first time. But if adjustments are needed, we offer one free alteration for custom orders.

Design Approval: We share photos of your finalized product before shipment for your confirmation.
Measurements: Accurate sizing starts with correct measurements. Please refer to our sizing guide or request assistance. One complimentary alteration is included if the product doesn’t fit as expected.

Note: We do not offer refunds for custom-made orders due to their personalized nature.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 days of placement by submitting a request here.

  • Once your order has been dispatched or cleared for shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • If your order is time-sensitive and marked urgent by our support team, it cannot be cancelled after placement due to accelerated processing.

  • Product prices and availability on our website are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to correct errors and verify pricing at the time of processing.

  • In case of pricing discrepancies, if the actual price is lower, we’ll refund the difference. If it's higher, we may seek your confirmation or cancel the order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service at any time for any reason.
